Foresight Advisory is a Brussels-based consultancy providing senior strategic counsel to companies, leaders and organisations operating in complex political and institutional environments.

Our work is grounded in nearly two decades of experience in Brussels, European institutions and national politics, spanning political strategy, international affairs, elections and strategic communication.

That experience brings an understanding not only of policy and institutions, but of how decisions are actually made: the political dynamics behind them, the people and interests that shape them, and the implications for those affected by them.

Foresight Advisory was founded by Ecaterina Casinge, following nearly two decades in Brussels and senior roles including Spokesperson to the President of the European Council and Head of Cabinet and Sherpa to the President of the Republic of Moldova.

The advisory brings together a select network of senior experts, allowing each engagement to draw on the right combination of expertise and experience.

Institutional Engagement

Understanding institutions is one thing. Knowing how decisions are made, who shapes them and how to engage effectively is another.

Foresight Advisory helps clients navigate European and international institutions, identify the people and processes that matter, and build relationships with key decision-makers and partners. The work ranges from stakeholder mapping and institutional strategy to preparing senior-level meetings and visits, developing longer-term engagement and following through on priorities.

Political Intelligence

Political decisions rarely happen in isolation. They are shaped by competing interests, institutional dynamics and events that are not always visible from the outside.

The work combines political and geopolitical analysis with strategic advice, stakeholder mapping and decision support across Europe and its neighbourhood.

Strategic Communication

Good communication starts with knowing what you want to achieve, who you need to reach and what will resonate.

We focus on positioning, narrative and strategic advice around sensitive or high-stakes issues, including major public engagements, moments of scrutiny and crisis situations. The emphasis is on helping leaders communicate clearly and effectively when the stakes are high.

Electoral Strategy & Integrity

Election campaigns have become more complex than ever. Disinformation, foreign interference and political polarisation require more than good communication. They require experience, sound judgement and an understanding of how these tactics work in practice.

We combine electoral strategy with practical, hands-on experience in information integrity and countering disinformation, helping political and institutional actors anticipate vulnerabilities, develop effective responses and navigate increasingly complex electoral environments.
